Annapurna which is 10th highest mountain in the world with the height of 8091m. One can see the incredible views of mighty peak Annapurna I (8091m), Machhapuchhre (6997m – Fishtail Mountain), Annapurna South (7129m) and Hiunchuli (6441m).

In addition, the trek offers high mountain scenery with contrasts to diverse landscape stunning snowy peaks. Along with a wide variety of flora and fauna. It’s one of the most lovable treks passing via the multi-ethnic villages, beautiful landscape, and natural scenery.

Highlights of Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Annapurna trek is a perfect trek to view the high Himalayan. Which includes Annapurna Massif (Annapurna III), Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Fang, Mt Machhapuchhare (Fish Tail), Gangapurna. They are arranged precisely in a circle with a deep glacier at the center anyone’s attention is drawn towards them.

In addition, it is one of the best classical walks through beautiful landscape and culture which offers breathe taking Mountain Views, terraced fields, picturesque Gurung village. The path leads through the mossy Rhododendron forest and passes through captivating villages of Nepal’s ethnic communities.

The main attraction of this trek is Ghandruk and Chhomrong villages, Jhinu (Natural hot spring), Annapurna base camp (4130m) and terraced fields and tropical fruit tree along the trails. The Trek begins from pretty village Ghandruk. Furthermore, the path leads you to the beautiful landscape of Annapurna regions. Followed by mountains to hills to the village to forest and waterfalls.

Despite great height and surrounding peaks and ice walls, the valley floor between 12,000 and 14,000 ft. Thus,  provide comfortable camping in good weather. It is possible to do this trek in all seasons. However, in winter the Base Camp can sometimes be closed due to the snow level. The memories of being on the heart of the Himalayans, thrilling views of Annapurna will last forever.

Itinerary


Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu (1,400m). Overnight at a Hotel.

Day 2 Drive to Pokhara (900m) in a Tourist Bus – 7 hours. Overnight at a Hotel.

Day 3 Drive to Nayapul (1,010m) and Trek to Tikhedunga (1,570 m) – 4 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse.

Day 4 Trek to Ghorepani (2,840m) – 5 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse.

Day 5 Hike up to Poon Hill (3,210m) and Trek to Tadapani (2,610 m) – 7 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse.

Day 6 Trek to Chomrong (2,140m) – 5 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse.

Day 7 Trek to Himalaya Hotel (2,950m) – 6 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse.

Day 8 Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) – 7 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse.

Day 9 Trek to Bamboo (2345m) – 6 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse.

Day 10 Trek to Jhinu (1,780m) – 5 hours. Overnight at a Guesthouse.

Day 11 Trek to Nayapul (1,010m), Drive to Pokhara – 5.5 hours and Guided Tour of Barahi Temple and Fewa Lake. Overnight at a Hotel.

Day 12 Drive Back to Kathmandu (1,400m) in a Tourist Bus – 7 hours. Overnight at a Hotel.

Day 13 Transfer to the International Airport for Your Final Departure.
