Dolpa Region is a distant region of Nepal. The central point of this area is Shey Phoksumdo National Park. Dolpa region is a virgin territory for trekkers. Also, it offers an endless variety of cultures, landscapes, and great people. Trekking to Lower Dolpa offers you the remarkable and breathtaking and off-the-beaten-path experience. It is a culturally Tibetan region in western Nepal Valleys, and the Phoksumdo and Mugu Karnali Valleys. The sixth highest mountain in the world Dhaulagiri (8172 meters) lies in this region.
