Rolwaling valley is Nepal’s one of the finest high mountain valleys lies in West of the Khumbu region. Rolwaling Trek is one of the most difficult trekking in Nepal. Nestled between the Langtang range and the Everest range Rolwaling region offers the splendid views to the trekkers. The valley is also known as “the Grave” simply because of its location. Buried down between steep ice- giants. Rolwaling trek is unexplored yet well-known, jagged yet beautiful, and mysterious yet accessible trekking in Nepal. In addition, the Glacial lake of Tso Rolna is another attraction of the area. The Tsho-Rolpa Lake trek welcomes the trekkers with a majestic view of Mt. The Rolwaling trek begins from Singati, goes down the Bhote Koshi River and enter the Rolwaling valley, a faraway, hidden and stunning part of the trek. The trekkers will have the enchanting views of Majestic Mount Gaurishankar (7,145m), monastery, ragged landscapes; the village of Na (4,183m), the village of Beding (3,690m), and Tso Rolpa lake. The factors of the trek are eternal monasteries and exceptional rich biodiversity of the area. As the route passes through rough and off beaten trail it is one of the difficult treks in Nepal which requires technical climbing experience as well as well- equipped and experienced guides.
Rolwaling Valley trek covers the mountain of Nepal/China (Tibet) that’s why very less number of tourists has succeeded to do the trekking. This trek takes you on an interesting passage where you will come across snow-fed lakes, pristine glaciers, and high passes. Furthermore, this trek is purely a camping trek. The trail following the course of the river Tamakoshi on the way to Simi gaon adds an exciting element to your trekking. There are many mysterious stories about Rolwaling valley. Through which the forefathers of the present-day Sherpa’s once came. People believe that mysterious animal yeti has made his home around Mt Gaurishanker. Entire research expeditions have, so far unsuccessfully, attempted to find him.

Trekking to Rolwalling Valley undertakes during March and April while the forests are colorfully painted with colorful rhododendron flowers.

Day 1 Drive Kathmandu - Chjarikot (1850m).
Day 2 Trek to Biguti (890m).
Day 3 Trek to Surey dovan (1020m).
Day 4 Trek to Jagat (1395m).
Day 5 Trek to Simigaou (2000m).
Day 6 Trek to Kelchey (2990m).
Day 7 Trek to Beding (3700m).
Day 8 Trek to Nagaou (4200m).
Day 9 Acclimatization day.
Day 10 Trek to Tso Rolpo (4525m).
Day 11 Trek to Tolumbhu Buka (4850m).
Day 12 Crossing Tashi Lakpa pass (5755m), and camp at Thengpo (4300m).
Day 13 Trek to Khumjung (3600m).
Day 14 Trek to Namche Bazar (3600m).
Day 15 Rest day at Namche Bazar.
Day 16 Trek to Phakding (2600m).
Day 17 Trek to Lukla (2804m).
Day 18 Flight Lukla - Kathmandu.
